Hello friends,
Lately, the Democrats of Kane County have been spreading misinformation, claiming that Kane County Republicans are intentionally withholding the names of conservative candidates in local elections. They suggest we are being "sneaky" or that our candidates don’t want to be associated with the Republican Party. This is complete nonsense. These accusations come from a party that has lost its way—a party that now pushes radical policies like boys in girls' locker rooms, men in women’s sports, and even the absurd notion that men can have babies.
Democrats advocate for abortion up until birth and open borders, yet not one of them has signed up for Chicago’s program to house illegal immigrants in their own homes. Their hypocrisy knows no bounds. The truth is, they are worried. They fear our candidates because they are men and women of common sense, and rightfully so.
Our conservative candidates believe in responsible local government, fiscally sound school and library boards, and policies that prioritize the well-being of our students and citizens. Many of these candidates choose to run as nonpartisan, and we respect their wishes. That’s why we ask candidates if they want to be publicly identified as Republican rather than forcing a label upon them.
The Democrats continue to use the same tired playbook—claiming Republicans want to take away voting rights, eliminate public schools, and more. It’s old. It’s tiresome. And it’s simply untrue. Instead of playing into their fearmongering, let’s focus on what really matters: keeping taxes low, making our communities safe, and electing leaders who work for the people.
The Truth About the “Public Safety Tax”
This election, Democrats have placed a referendum on the ballot for a tax increase, calling it a "Public Safety Tax." They claim the money will go toward public safety departments in Kane County. But let’s be honest—this is the same party that wanted to defund the police.
We’ve heard conflicting explanations about where this money will go. Some union representatives have told their members that the tax increase will fund raises for municipal, county, and even state workers. Others say it’s for public safety. But here’s what they won’t tell you: This is a sales tax increase that will generate $51 million to cover reckless spending by the Democrat-controlled County board. It’s not about safety—it’s about funding their inability to budget responsibly.
Don’t be fooled. Get out and vote NO on this tax increase.
